Narrowly conical, evergreen. Dark coloured bark, dark green short needles with 2 silver bands of stomata on the underside. Upright 6 cm cones can appear on young trees. Suitable for the garden, as a long term Christmas tree. Need a well drained soil.

* 2026 SOLD OUT - FORWARD ORDER FOR 2027 * Western Himalayas at 2,000-3,000m. Columnar, evergreen with 40mm needles, with 2 greenish stomatal bands beneath. Early production of dark blue 14cm erect cones, turning brown and disintegrating. Rare and beautiful.
